Registration Policies

Late Fees

Upspiral Creative fees are due in full at the time of registration. Students may not participate unless all fees have been paid.

 

Cancellations

We urge you to register at least one week before the beginning of a class session, since minimum enrollment must be met for classes to be held. When enrollment is below the minimum five days prior to the first day of class, there is a strong possibility that the class will be cancelled. We will make every effort to contact registered students in a timely manner if cancellation occurs. If a class is cancelled by the instructor, registrants will receive a full refund.

 

Wait Lists

Once an instructor’s maximum enrollment is reached, names will be placed on a wait list and students will be notified if an opening occurs. Contact Upspiral Creative to be added to a wait list.

 

Refund Policy

Registrations are considered final 14 days before the first class, and no refunds will be given after this time. Upspiral Creative does not pro-rate fees. Exceptions to this policy may be granted only in cases of documented family or medical emergency (see front office staff).

 

Participation Policies

Upspiral Creative is not responsible for unattended children on the premises. We do not assume responsibility if your child is dropped off early or picked up late. Please come into the building to confirm that your child gets to class. Upspiral Creative is responsible only for registered students. Parents are responsible for children brought onto the premises who are not registered in our classes.

 

Waiver of Liability

All students  must agree to the terms and conditions of the Upspiral Creative Waiver of Liability, Medical Release, Photography/Video Release and Indemnification Agreement if they wish to register for classes with Upspiral Creative. Please contact Upspiral Creative with any questions or concerns.
